My yard is dead and I had to contact myself to fond out what was going on. No one calls me or notified me of any problem.

I am sorry you are having trouble with your lawn service. The service you had on 5/30 was emailed to you on 6/2 to chezrob7@gmail.com. This showed you what product was used and his findings. I am forwarding your review to the operations manager to make him aware of your concerns.
