I’m am unhappy as I was notified by a voice mail message on a Friday that someone would be at my house on a Monday to do the annual check. I was booked on Monday with no way to contact you over the weekend.

I expect a call for an appointment to make certain I can be present when the visit would be conducted, I have a locked gate that prevents entry to part of my property. I have not been contacted to set up an appointment to complete a thorough evaluation including interior and crawl space. No one has attempted to schedule this.
