Service was performed as scheduled, receptionist was helpful, and yellow jackets were exterminated. However, the cost of $150 to spray ONLY (since the nest could not be removed without destroying the bush) is exorbitant. There was no consideration to give me a free preventative spraying next Spring keep a new queen from taking up residence in the existing nest. This is poor customer service. Denice Jacobs.
