The gentleman that came by to give us a rodent inspection was helpful and well informed. I didn’t realize he was only there to inspect our home, not to exactly do the preventative measures. Fortunately, he was able to resolve a few minor issues and gave us options to keep rodents out of our garage. We added the bait trap service with our every other month spray service. Hoping that combination will help us with future issues. I was glad to hear the tech that usually comes to spray every other month would be the same to service the bait traps. He is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I do like the fact he calls before every visit so I know to expect him. Other companies we have used did not do that and I always wondered if we were getting what we paid for. With all that being said, I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I do not know yet the fees involved if we need extra service that is outside our plan. For example, what we would pay to have a tech come out to refill traps or check for a rodent. Thank you.
