I suppose to have three treatments in a month for Mole infestation in my yard but so far its almost three weeks now and they have not come back for the 2nd treatment. Also I called and was told someone will contact me but no one has contacted me yet, feels like a complete waste of money.

I have put a message into our service manager to have your problem addressed asap. I apologize that we have not delivered the customer service you deserve but I will have the service manager reach out on Monday to schedule your second service.
