I waited a while before posting this to see how the additional services I signed up for with were taken care of as well. Wasp nest was my immediate problem in one of my vents which was handled quickly with a follow up a week later to completely eradicate the problem. Signed up for additional services for flea and tick and other items. Jimmy Jackson spent time with us reviewing our needs and concerns and long term plans, and walked us through all the services that they offered while listening and understanding what was important to us. Follow up services have all been on time and the personnel have been professional and courteous and knowledgeable on what they were applying. Very professional company and will call them first for any future pest control needs I have.
