Did not have a good experience with this company. Initially, they misidentified the insects causing the problem (honey bees, not yellow jackets), and then applied incorrect and inappropriate treatment methods. Once the correct identification was made, they did not have the experience or expertise to deal with them. The only advice I was given was “find a bee keeper,” which I did on my own time and at additional expense.
Although not having the experience or expertise to deal with swarming honey bees, I want a refund (partial or full) because Home Paramount were unable to provide the services I paid for in the contract. I doubt I will be using this company again.
