I was happy with the technician, however,I am very disappointed in the scheduling process. My termite inspection requires the technician to enter my house. There is no coordination of setting an appointment. The tech showed up without notice. I was on my way out, so I was unable to let him in. I called twice to reschedule without a return call. I called the third time and was told my inspection was scheduled for a specific day (again without asking if that day was possible) and initially was not given a time slot. I did get a reminder call that mentioned the date, but no time slot. I called and got confirmation of the time slot. The tech arrived four hours prior to the time quoted.
