Out of the 4 service calls I've had scheduled with Paramount, this was the first to go as planned. While the service is good once the tech arrives, it's frustrating trying to set up an appointment.

First issue, early April: The technician who was getting my signature to transfer service from the previous owner to me arrived early and called to ask if I'd come home before the window of my appointment.

Second issuet, mid May: I had a Saturday morning appt. for termite inspection. That morning, it was requested that I reschedule which I wasn't able to accommodate. A tech was sent out, but I had to follow up a week later to schedule a treatment despite being told I'd be contacted.

3rd issue, last week: I paid to have the previous owner's bait trap coverage extended after it expired, and a few days later I received a notice that a tech had attempted to enter my property but the gate was locked. I was not informed by the rep. who took my credit card info for renewal that an appt. was necessary.

None of these incidents on their own are a big deal to me, but the consistent issues with simply having an appointment stemming from the poor communication on your end is frustrating. I hope it doesn't continue.
