I am not happy or satisfied with your service. Especially, after looking at this invoice. The technician did not come out to the house and service the lawn. I was home all day when he/she was suppose to be here between 8-10 am. The only technician that came to my house was the gentleman to spray the house and he arrived around 12:00 pm, two hours late. So, no I am not happy and I do not appreciate that someone is saying that they provided a service and they did not. I am so upset because, I have been waiting for someone to come by the house and spray the lawn. I do not want to continue this service because, they did not provide the service and I do not have time to waste. I have schedules to also keep and when people are late I have to miss my appointment or reschedule them. PestBear promised something and did not deliver.
