Trust me, do not hire this company if you live in the Orlando metro area. I can't speak for other areas, maybe they're fine, but our service was despicable. The worst thing is that they lied about cleaning the filter, did not clean it, and ended up ruining our 6 month old pump, and of course would not take responsibility. The chemicals were always off with the pH way to high or way too low. Several times he didn't even show up when he was supposed to. Scheduling was inflexible. And then when I went to cancel, they refused to allow us to keep the salt cell until the end of service, stating "it's out of my control", even though I had it in writing that we could keep the cell until the end. Truly horrible. The free salt cell loan is not worth it, just buy one and get good service.
