Hopefully the rodent problem will be resolved in short order. We never noticed anything on the exterior of our house, but at night, sometimes but not very often, I would hear running or scratching in the space above our living area. Not a real nuisance but wanted to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. Brezden responded by sending out a tech, Garrett, within a couple of days to set the traps - and we're hoping for a prompt resolution to this. Thanks for your help. Bruce and Maureen Nenadal.
