Based on Yelp reviews, I decided to reach out to Premium Termite and Pest Control. From my first interaction with Premium, I was immediately impressed with the friendly, professional service. Karen helped me on the phone, asked me some baseline questions, educated me on their service offerings and provided NO pressure. Based on that interaction, I scheduled a service visit immediately.
On the scheduled date (and right on time), Rob arrived at my home. He was very neat in appearance, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough - including stressing pet safety. He asked me about my needs and educated me on the service and product. He then surveyed the home and property and completed my initial service quickly and with no disruption.
Before departing, Rob went over all the information again, reminded me what to expect and made sure that I didn't have any remaining questions.
I have been VERY happy with the interactions, there service and the results - no more bugs!!!
