I was not pleased with the first technician who came on Wednesday and said he could not get into the community because there was no one there with my name. I have lived in Four Seasons for 6 years Viking has been my pest control for over 2 years the men have been getting in with no problem. It is a gated community and you enter on Rt 33. The next day was fine no problem.
