I am so fed up with this company!! Everyone is is nice when you call but good Lord their follow up phone calls are crappy aka-non existent! I've been dealing with a service in question since oct. i got the bill and continue to get a bill but not sure if they where even here because no sign in yard or tag on door and I'm not paying it until this is resolved! Plus my yard looks like crap! Way too many weeds to say I pay for a lawn service. I've never been happy with their service but I stayed on top of each and every service and because they're so nice I kept giving them a chance to fix it. For example, my yard should look soooo much better, weed free, and greener than my neighbors because I have a lawn service. They agreed and would come back and spray again (supposedly)
I even sent a cancellation email and I received 1 phone message. I called back to discuss this nightmare and had to leave message-to date-nothing!
Come on Pestbear get it together and make this right! It's $45! Write it off or come back and spray my yard like MARK the manager said he'd do.
