Overall we were happy with their service. We had a unique situation and ended up trapping 11 raccoons. Had to set up a scaffold to trap them at entry point. We were in a pinch as we needed to put our home on the market and with scheduled photographer coming we needed to take the scaffold down. I had to put in a lot of effort and make multiple calls, but in the end they came thru with flying colors. The scaffold was taken down in plenty of time. As for the trapping itself, there is a certain amount of self-sufficiency needed, meaning, while they put food in the trap, we ended up putting food in the trap ourselves. This is because there was a time when the food was eaten by rabbits. Also we wanted to provide a bigger temptation for the raccoon so we added more food in the trap. Given how many raccoons we trapped, a volume discount would've been nice!
