When we first started with Paramount the service was outstanding.Meaning I saw less and less bugs. The technician's have changed several times. I don't know if you're trained to use less and less product but it seems to me whatever the reason, i'm seeing spiders, stinkbugs, gnats and couple others. Maybe the weather has something to do with it possibly. I was not home this last spray but my husband was. He said the tech seemed in a rush. I know you say to call in between services, so I accept some blame for still seeing bugs.
I also recommended your company to my daughter who moved out to Wrightsville PA. They had a tech some out but still the amount of bugs seemed overwhelming outside to me. Especially spiders hanging from the water spouts that I almost walked into. Not just one but many. They are Kirk and Kelly Robins in case you'd like to contact them. I know they are disappointed at this point.
