They did the work, but neither my realtor nor I was contacted ahead of them showing up. Furthermore, I did not receive the inspection report until after negotiations with the seller had concluded. Inspection reports should be emailed out the same day. Overall, I'm very displeased.

Dear Theodore, All appointments for WDI inspections are scheduled, typically by the realtor. You as the buyer were also notified as to when we were going to the property since you had called in prior to make payment arrangements. The inspection/report typically gets emailed the same day.
