Great customer phone service that translates to poor in-home service. On last service, I explicitly requested that the service tech. help me discover how/where mice were getting into the basement. I made that abundantly clear that's what we needed. The tech. showed up not only with no tools/equipment - not even steel wool to plug a hole ... he asked me for some ... he said techs. don't even usually carry tools/equipment like that. He didn't even really want to look for holes. The two problem areas were those I found and showed him. He only wanted to bait traps and leave. This is the second time this has happened. We won't be returning to Burr.
