A great company with friendly employees. I always feel safe with them in my house as they go to each and every room within the house. Matt is always clean, polite and concerned with, if we noticed any bugs etc. activity that he should be aware of.

We hired this company to treat bed bugs after a tenant left them behind, the experience was beyond horrific. They assured me they could handle the service. They would schedule technicians and then they would not show up or call and they would not be able to come until a week later, well as you know bed bugs spread very quickly, that time frame is unacceptable. After two treatments we were assured that the issue was resolved and our new tenant could move in, to our disgust after she moved in she noticed that they had spread to the whole top floor of the house!! Now the company is sending us to collections because I refuse to pay for services we did not receive and due to their negligence I had to spend 3 times the amount to have a reputable company come in and eliminate the bugs and treat the tenant's personal items. This experience was absolutely horrible. I will go all the way to small claims court. Their reply to all this "we sent you to collections.".

We had a great experience and learned more about our pest problem. The technician explained to use how fleas attach to humans by jumping and using white socks to detect them is a brilliant idea. (Crew socks going above ankles)

After treatment we laid out fresh glue traps for the fleas and the numbers of fleas caught were significantly less. The hot zone (bed room where dog sleeps may have leftover fleas)

Hoping follow up visit should clear up the problem for good and we will do better prep work as well.

Matt is very patient and helpful. He's been great about answering our many questions. He showed up early, just for that, for the first treatment. When we returned, I was surprised that the bed linens weren't bagged like the prep sheet indicated. I don't know how important that is; it just stood out to me.
He also didn't call us when he finished, like he said he would. My parents are in their eighties, they tire easily, and were anxious to get back around the 3-4 hour mark. A phone call would have been appreciated. Please do so for future treatments, thank you.

I called last week because of wasps on the upper deck and bats nesting near the downspouts. The phone rep told me that a treatment was due and they would take care of both on the same trip. I just saw the trip report that said that no conditions were noted.

Eric seemed to do a good job focusing primarily on exterior spraying of house, along with basement treatment and some first floor, per my wishes. The final determination of how good this service is will come in a few weeks as we see if there are any significant issues with bugs.

The usual technician sprays in different areas than the guy that was here this time. In the past, he's sprayed all around the basement, around baseboards, windows, wtc. The technician that came this time said you only spray in the windows.

It has been almost 3 years that we have been using Burr Chemical's services. We have needed those services for bed bug infestations in three different apartments. The most recent treatment was for general insect concerns that only the tenant could identify. Mike was here before I expected him (a pleasant surprise), did a thorough job quickly and neatly. He was very respectful of both the tenant and the property. I am very pleased and will recommend Burr Chemical to others as I can.

Great customer phone service that translates to poor in-home service. On last service, I explicitly requested that the service tech. help me discover how/where mice were getting into the basement. I made that abundantly clear that's what we needed. The tech. showed up not only with no tools/equipment - not even steel wool to plug a hole ... he asked me for some ... he said techs. don't even usually carry tools/equipment like that. He didn't even really want to look for holes. The two problem areas were those I found and showed him. He only wanted to bait traps and leave. This is the second time this has happened. We won't be returning to Burr.

Hi, My first experience with Burr Pest Control Services was last year when we had yellow jackets on our 3 season porch. We had a huge nest in a wall so we called Burr. We got a quick response and they got rid of them with the first application. Now they are back in a different place and once again Burr came out a day after calling and sprayed the area. I checked the next morning and haven't seen a bee. They are very nice people friendly and here when they say. Even nice enough to call before arriving. We hope for no more bees but will call Burr if they come back.

I have using Burr Pest Control for about 2.5 years. I'm signed up for their annual plan (Healthy Home Platinum Service) meaning they come out 4 times per year. Yes even in the winter. No issues with the product they use, seems to work very well. The Technician (Mike) they send out does a great job and ask questions regarding pests (bees) and listens to my responses making sure he addresses any concerns I have. This interaction is mission critical and ensures I continue to use Burr Pest Control.

Just started their service program up again (quarterly inside and out) after we finished a whole house renovation. Used them at a previous house ( Cedar log cabin) we had and they always gave us great service. They are respectful and if or when they have ran late they've always called to inform us.
