The customer service support over the phone is terrible. Anytime I called I would wait over 10 min for someone to answer. When scheduling my service for bird nest removal (and after calling 3 times to confirm my appointment), nobody told me I had to schedule a separate service appointment for bird mite infestation (from bird nest located in exhaust fan) inside my bathroom. Turns out I have to wait a whole week to get service after paying close to $800!!! Not not mention I already waited a week for the bird nest removal. The service is super slow. I will not do business with them again!
