I love my Technicians. All the one's I've had, with the exclusion of 1, have done their job and were very friendly and professional. They answered any and all questions I had as well as addressed my concerns. The office agents are even friendly and helpful. I work from home and can't always answer my door; the technicians take note of that and respect it! They treat my exterior, remove spiderwebs all w/o being monitored nor interrupting me and being told to. Once done, they leave a detailed receipt in a nice door-hanging bag (non see through) and are off to their next destination. I appreciate that type of serve and consideration! Also the products they use are pet friendly just advise them of such. All and all I HIGHLY recommend Terminix.
