So far we are underwhelmed by the services we were sold vs the service received. The first issue was an unnecessarily large hole drilled too large and too far from the house for the termite bait station that was filled with low quality grey cement that doesn't match our driveway. And there was cement splatter all up the front if the house, windows and my car. The person who responded to my call showed up and said oh you can just hose that off.
The next thing is the yard service. We opted to pay extra to have our quarterly treatment expanded to include our yard and when the technician came they only did the house perimeter. So we called and were told it was an oversight and sent someone else. We're still battling new fire ant mounds and we had been told when signing up for service that the granules used would keep them at bay for 3 months. So I am at a loss as to what to truly expect. Do we call again and hope they do the entire yard or cancel the quarterly service and treat them ourselves because we have been out there every few days to treat new mounds for the past month.
