Pestech is basically useless. I'm locked into a 1-year contract, yet I can't even get people to pick up the phone or answer online messages to have appointments rescheduled. They schedule appointments for you without any contact, then aren't able to reschedule them at your convenience. With the exception of one tech, our technicians have been lazy and basically useless, rendering services that any person could complete themselves — and then somehow charging $135 for it. I've contacted them asking to terminate my contract immediately. At this point, I'd rather just pay my remaining contract money than have to play the world's worst game of phone tag just to get a single (useless) appointment scheduled. Avoid these exterminators at all costs.
