In the past your technicians have been very helpful. However, this last service was not satisfying, tech did not have all the materials and had to come back the next day to complete the service. The tech said that was too windy to spray the perimeter of the property. Now we have scheduled a second callback to complete the service, which means that I have to be home for the third time when things should have been completed in one visit. If the weather conditions are too windy or raining, then the tech should not come over until the conditions are appropriate. This was the first time in the many years when the weather prevent it the service. Other techs were able to complete the service under similar conditions.
