We heard a noise in our attic and thought we could have rats(s). Corky's came laid traps within 5 feet of the attic entrance door...something I have done myself. Four visits (weeks) later ...no rats. Their recommendation...for various things totaled over $8,000 ....to fix the problem ....WHAT PROBLEM ??

I paid them the $300 for the service and registered my dissatisfaction.
