More than anything I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and typical Southern hospitality and kindness! A company without great customer service will surely fail in the end no matter how great the product. Not having bugs, especially Georgia's glorified Palmetto bugs aka roaches, when I come home (as well as other creepies in my home) is just the icing on the cake!
