No, I am not happy with the service. I spent $2000 and have a dead squirrel in my attic. The smell is not good. The technician spread granules to "absorb" the smell. I vacuumed the granules the next day because the smell was too overwhelming for my emphysema.

You didn't catch the armadillo and didn't leave it the extra 3 days because the trap had been tripped. Another trapper was able to set the trap , came back after armadillo broke trap because of it being big and then set another trap and caught the creature. Great customer service and will me on Facebook and NextDoor far and wide because of superior service and especially attitude.

I'm not pleased with the service from McCall. I purchased my home on Oct 23 2020. Your firm was called in September 2020 to eradicate a rodent problem discovered during the home inspection. When McCall bought the termite company I used, they converted me to new bait traps AND added more of them to assure coverage.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable, however my outdoor curtain that I had just washed and re-hung got streaks on it from the spray used on a hornets nest.. I should have supervised I guess and told him to move the curtain back before he sprayed. I washed it again and it came out. I thought he would remove the hornets nest but it is still there. Also I would appreciate a technician coming into my home wearing disposable booties on his shoes.
