When the dispatcher informed us that Rhonda was awesome and knows bees, she was telling the truth! Rhonda was very professional and got the job done! She took her time to explain what she was doing and was very thorough in eradicating four different yellow jacket nests. Two summers ago Gary from Monroe came up to get rid of another nest and also did an excellent job. Bug Zappers is a great company, and we will call them again when we have bee issues!
