The young man who came to do the exterior spraying - rang my doorbell, introduced himself and indicated what he was going to do. Very polite, very courteous. I told him it wasn't necessary to let me know he was doing the work as I had received a postcard, he indicated he was new to the company. Very nice young man. Thank you.
