I called and specifically asked to have behind my oven treated for mice and I asked for the oven to be moved. The oven was not moved, and though various traps were set up, we are perfectly capable of setting up traps as well. I felt like I paid an obscene amount of money for something I could've done on my own. My conversation both times was that I asked for "the works" and was told no problem that's what we will do…I specifically asked for the holes behind the oven to be blocked and they were not.
