Since the service has been started I have been very satisfied with the technicians, Nelson and Amaury was good according to my wife. Lisa was helpful in explaining billing and the follow up of the services. And the follup service reports are good. Once again the initial visit and billing with Jeremy and Amanda was not a good experience.
