The time the service person does come in, I think he does a good job. I just don't like when he tries to be sneaky. He knows that that I always want him to come in and spray inside, and sometimes he doesn't ring the bell and then says he came. I want to make sure he's protecting my home and not pretending he is. One time, he came to the parking lot and sat there in his car, didn't ring the bell, didn't get out. He was about to leave when I caught him and asked him if he was going to come in. Then he says, I forgot my equipment. He said he was going and coming back. He never came back that month or the next. But he surely sent the bill to say he came in and service the home. I don't like that kind of attitude. I should be able to trust that if we are paying him for a service, he's actually doing it. I'm working from home, so if I don't see him doing the work, he didn't do it. This guy should be kept on check. I dislike to see dishonest people doing job that requires trust.
