I was very impressed with Randall who made the inspection. He was friendly and professional. He explained the treatments for subterranean termites in clear and easy to understand language. I was also impressed with the office staff. I believe her name was Susan. She was very friendly and helped me with billing questions and different payment options. It's nice to find a company that treats its customers in the manner that Bill's Home Service Company does.
