After the renters got out the situation they left was a house of mice and roaches. Your agents came, explained and took care of the nasty little critters. The agents were always professional and answered our questions. The only problem we had was the vents that were put in. We didn’t know there are vents that don’t open and close for air flow but you came and helped us. We wish we had known that the vents were not opening and closing vents when they were put in.
