My Terminix experience has been professional from top to bottom. A Terminix Representative came out on the same day that I called to access the damages. They are courteous and knowledgeable about their work. I am glad I reached out to them to handle my pest control needs.

Service fine. Fire Ants still around, but I can't necessarily blame Terminix for that.
My main complaint is that I was charged TWICE for the initial $115 and I have not gotten a response to my email months ago. Not terribly happy about that.

When I bought my house about 4 years ago. I called you guys just to inspect my house I had no roaches.if I did it was very little.now every morning I get up I see them every where.plus when I get my cup of coffee there is one in my coffee. Iam paying to get rid of these but you guys are failing.

Hi My name is Carol, my husband and I,we are very happy with the service we got yesterday from the tech person that came out to our house this time. I think his name was Cameron Chitty or something like that. But look on my account and see who it was that serviced our home. That's the person I want to come from now on. He did an awesome job and made sure he did it right. The ones who came before was in and out and was rushing just to finish the job. But Cameron made sure he took care of all the areas. Not very happy for now
After 2 weeks of the first service there are more roaches in the house , screen in porch , laundry room and bathroom then before the service
So now after buying a view cans of Raid that I sprayed myself around the house it is getting better.
