I wasn’t listened to regarding my schedule for an appointment. If I as the customer state that I will call and schedule an appointment, then allow me to do just that. I was ignored, they scheduled a time convenient for them, I was at work and not at home to verify the job was done and then I was charged- it was taken off after I expressed my concerns to the technician - who came out 1 hr early on said date. Not happy so I cancelled my contract.
