so, I think y'all for coming out so quickly, however, as I already called to discuss, PLEASE NEVER DISCUSS HOME IMPROVEMENTS WITH MY TENANTS AGAIN on a 100 yr old home, unless you are going to be paying for them! :-p geez ~michelle.
