The reps were courteous and knowledgeable and ensured they met my time constraints. I do have a question, there were two pieces of steel wool on my deck. I was worried my cat might have pulled them out, but then I think they said they were replacing some of the materials my last contractor used so wanted to know if that was the case. Thx. Lisa Carloni.
