Our issue, a part of the incapsulated crawl space had torn, was discovered during a winter inspection. Upon learning of this problem, we worked with the local Terminix manager to get this issue fixed. He came over and personally checked out the torn area. After inspection, he worked with us to get it fixed quickly and reasonably. The fix was made within a few days and the technician kept us appraised of the work to include attention to the humidifier. We are relieved that our crawl space is secure once again and the air quality is good.
