Bill's service provided by their guy David was excellent. He was on time. Listen carefully to our observations and concerns. Recommended a strategy and then did same. He was very helpful with our dog and our concern that wildlife on our property wouldn't be harmed by anything he did. He also showed concern for our family of beautiful nonpoisonous king snakes that help the eco balance in our yard. Just went after the intrusive pests.
