Not overly happy. Asked that you leave a paper receipt for credit card payment. Tech said you would likely email a receipt …and mail a paper receipt. Have not gotten an email receipt yet. Inspector sold us by saying he would get up into an area above tool room and find mice holes etc, and block and seal any openings mice were using to get in. This is why we agreed to pay a hefty fee of $350 or so. So, we paid 350 for your guy to drop 14 rodent bait stations. We have used your company in many years ago but the lack of providing a receipt in my handicapped brothers home after the work ( as specified in chat with inspector) and the lack of work ( as discussed) finding where mice were getting in left feeling like we should have just set some bait traps or selves.
