Where do I start.. my husband just found another rat in our attic. Thankfully I have a husband to locate activity and rats because the Terminix technician that constantly comes out clearly has no idea how to spot activity, considering it is the second time my husband has found a dead rat within a week of terminix coming out for inspection. Each time, the technician claims my attic is “pristine” with no rodent activity. WHAT??? Furthermore my husband was forced to dispose of the dead rat AGAIN because terminix can never come out earlier than a week. I called today and no one can come out to - replace the trap now- until the 18th. I’ve also requested a different technician every phone call since the first time he couldn’t identify the dead rat smell or activity and apparently it doesn’t matter what I requested. I am so disappointed.
