Terrible experience with this company - Have them for 15 months and my lawn was getting worse - Called several times to have someone come - finally after a month - the manager, Bret Lemme, says he will put plugs in, never came after a month - I called again - they show up the next day with a few plugs - broke my sprinkler and say "they will be there tomorrow" - a no show - Called manager - promised to show up today and says - "well we didn't get a good supply of plugs" - wait until Friday - The other guy who finally fixed my sprinkler diagnosed my lawn with scrubs - the manger failed to diagnosed this issue - it's been over two months now and my lawn looks like crap and soon the winter months are coming and the plugs will not grow then - totally dissatisfied with their service. This problem should have been addressed ASAP but I was kept being ignored by promising to show up but they never delivered with their promises.
