Josh takes the time to ask what our needs are, he then treats the property as we discussed, and then tells me what I may look for based on environmental conditions, weather, time of year, and so forth. If there is problem of some kind...we see a scorpion or something else after treatment, he will come back and retreat. Always a great service and the price is fair.
