I would like to inform everyone not to trust this company and end up getting letters from collection agencies.I made this mistake paying them every 3 months for no service.first we had rouches problems in kitchen every 3 months received inspection report on email.now when I cancel my service receiving letters from collection agencies.beware of scam don't sign any agreement with russell pest.I am filling complain to BBB.
