Let me back this up to the beginning so people understand how awful this company is. I discovered ground bees around my fenced in area, so naturally I call them to see if they do ground bees because I know they do wasps as they've removed wasps for me in the past. A guy comes out - "oh these are ground wasps, yes we can definitely take care of that for you"! Instead of charging the one time fee for bees and wasps he was wrapping me up into a monthly fee. I was thrown off by this and confirmed they were taking care of the bee/wasp issue. He agreed. I said I wanted to be home when they came out to go over what's going on. He put me on the schedule on a day that did not work for me - he said "oh, I'll put a note in for them to call you to reschedule before that day". Needless to say, they did not. Instead they called saying they could come out sooner - I again had to explain my hours. They made an Appointment (appointment!). I had to leave work early to make sure I was here when the guy showed up. Needless to say, they showed up when THEY knew I would be at work. Did they do the job? Hmm, seems too fishy for me. I call again, now irate! This Grand Rapids manager was the rudest man I've ever talked to! Unwilling to help, slams his hand down saying he would not make a 4 o'clock appointment! I agree to a different time, early afternoon he said. What do you know?! He didn't show up until 4:30 pm! Oh! Really?! Wow. Wasted a whole day waiting for this guy to show up! He gets here and informs me "oh, we don't do ground bees or wasps - that's landscaping". Talk about completely robbed and taken advantage of! So, not only did they rob me of almost 300 dollars but refused to just charge the 70 or refund even a cent of my money when I had to go through 3 people to finally get my services cancelled and countless time and energy on the phone trying to do that! Again this Grand rapids manager calls and bluntly says he is unwilling to help in this matter. I had another scheduled day for May 28th, then two other times came through - like what in the world?! The 26th, the 29th etc. Like what are they charging me for?! I had to take time off work just to handle this situation. Freeze my card - the whole nine yards! Insane! I have multiple text messages and emails confirming this.
They did not do the service they were hired to do and took my money which was an initial service start that was cancelled before 30 days! I'm absolutely disgusted on a company of this magnitude being so awful to customers! Absolutely go to a different company! Do not use them! |
