Scheduling the service is not the best. The scheduler leaves a message on my phone the day BEFORE the planned service date to say that the technician will be there tomorrow. Of course no time was given. Since I currently have several issues this month, I did not look at messages until late in the evening. I did not call to move the service date as it was just one more issue to deal with. So I went about my appointments that I had already scheduled during the prior weeks. In my opinion, the scheduling of appointments shows a complete lack of consideration.
