I had an outstanding experience with Braman Termite & Pest Elimination—especially with Alex Edmonds. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough—he even identified 27 burrows on our property (plus a few inside!). When the team came to do the service, they were on time, professional, and—surprisingly—hilarious. You’ve got to find some joy when dealing with rats, and they managed to lighten the mood without ever compromising the work.

I look forward to signing on for an annual contract once this issue is under control—no way do I want to end up in this kind of mess again!
