Great service- friendly fast and efficient, but I was really hoping you could get two stains out of my carpet. Unfortunately they are still there.

Mrs. Restrepo rest assured that the stain not coming out wasn't due to lack of effort. We have scheduled a appointment to go back and see if anything else can be done. Hopefully if it still doesn't come out after the second try Robby will explain why such limited results were achieved. Best Regards Michael
